Arm wars
“ARM WARS” events take place throughout the World and attract the very best exponents of Armwrestling on earth, competing separately in 7 male & 3 female weight categories.
The Rules of Armwrestling are:
• 2 competitors, 1 table, 6 bouts, 1 winner.
• If there is a draw at the end of the 6 bouts then a sudden death bout occurs.
• Bouts are either right-handed or left-handed, depending on the individual’s speciality.
